Kevin Kai Wang 王凯

Upon graduation with a dual degree at UBC in 2013, Kevin dived into the real estate industry and has started his extraordinary journey in the luxury rental business. During Kevin’s first job, he has already been the top leasing agent for three consecutive years; and after joining Macdonald Realty in 2016, Kevin took over the responsibilities to investigate the Chinese market and promote Canadian real estate in metropolitan cities in China.

After getting back to Vancouver, Kevin organized his own rental management team and is managing over $400 million CAD worth of investment properties and has grown more than 100% over the year of 2018. Kevin also achieved the top Five Agent Team at Macdonald Realty in 2017 with Jerry and had transacted about $100 million CAD value of real estate.
